Recipes for a refreshing weekend

Let’s kick off the season of patios and warm picnics outside in the sun, Coffee Friends – summer is almost here!

On a sunny, hot weekend, there’s nothing more refreshing than sipping a delicious ice-cold coffee.

That’s why we present you with some recommendations of our favourite coffee drinks (and more) that will make your day that little bit more special… and extra tasty!

Simple yet surprisingly fresh

For those of you who can’t imagine your day without a shot of delicious espresso, this drink will definitely come in handy.

Simple, bold and with a dash of summery flavour guaranteed to brighten up your day.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml).
– A few ice cubes
– A slice of lime
– espresso glass

Add some ice cubes, pour the espresso (or use Viaggio espresso cold brew coffee) and round off with a lime wedge. Couldn’t be easier, right?

the freshness of the night

We’re not kidding about sleepless nights when we’re talking about this drink. A particularly strong yet refreshing combination of probably the most popular drinks will definitely surprise you.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml).
– 200 ml of Coca Cola
– A few ice cubes
– 2 pumps of vanilla syrup
– A slice of lime and a sprig of fresh thyme to add flavour
– latte glass

Use a Hario ceramic coffee grinder to grind the coffee beans. Pour Coca-Cola into the glass with ice cubes, and add espresso and vanilla syrup. Top with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh thyme.

Fusion of red accents

 

Ice-cold coffee with bright aromas of citrus and berries sounds like a convincing way to start a Sunday morning. Breathe in the scent of a good day.

Ingredients:
– Desired amount of black coffee.
– 150 ml Russchian Schweppes
– A few ice cubes
– 2 pumps of peach syrup
– A slice of grapefruit and some fresh raspberries
– latte glass

Pour the Russian Schweppes into the glass with ice cubes, and add the espresso and peach syrup. Top up with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries. Can you already feel the perfect taste?

A piece of exotic Greece

 

No need to travel everywhere because at home you can enjoy a perfect drink and the tranquillity of Greece!

Sweet, light and definitely refreshing – no wonder it’s one of the most popular iced coffee drinks.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml).
– 1 teaspoon Frappe mix the desired flavour
– A few ice cubes
– 200 ml milk
– Whipped cream to top up the drink
– One piece of chocolate
– latte glass

Mix the milk, a shot of espresso, frappe mix and ice cubes in a blender.

Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with whipped cream and a piece of chocolate.

Spicy and mysterious

If you’ve tried everything and you’re looking for something interesting and mysterious, we recommend a refreshing and sweet twist on a frozen chai cocktail.

Ingredients:
– A tablespoon of chai tea mix.
– 200 ml milk
– A few ice cubes
– A shot of espresso (30 ml).
– latte glass

Mix the milk, a shot of espresso, chai tea mix and ice cubes in a blender (link to blender) and pour into the glass.

Simple, easy and extremely delicious!

fresh dream

This refreshing, extraordinarily tasty cold tea is perfect not only when you’re looking for something to enjoy at home, but also when you want to have a drink while out walking!

Ingredients:
– A cup of tea.
– 2 pumps of caramel syrup
– A few ice cubes
– Lemon and grapefruit slices to taste
– latte glass
– “Asobu’ Bottle or cup

Prepare the tea and let it cool down a bit. Place ice cubes in the glass, pour in the syrup and the cool tea and fill in with slices of grapefruit and lemon.

Enjoy and share with your friends – this will be the summer of good tastes!
