A large cup of chai latte for those who are always cold

Whether it’s sunshine or a cold winter breeze, we all have those days when we just want to wrap up in a cosy blanket and stay home with a cup of hot beverage.

What could be nicer than a big cup of warming chai latte on a day like this?

Ingredients:
– 200 ml of hot water
– 100 ml of your chosen milk
– 24 g (2 tablespoons) selected Chalo Chai Latte Powder
– A pinch of cinnamon or ground black pepper

Preparation:
– Pour your chosen Chalo chai powder into your favourite mug
– Pour in hot water
– Stir in milk: you can choose between cold and warm milk. You can use milk froth instead of warm milk
– Sprinkle with cinnamon or ground black pepper

Refreshing Iced Chai Latte

Of course, there are also days when you walk around full of excitement and realize it’s time to relax and find some refreshments to clear your head. Ice cold chai latte is then your perfect solution!

Ingredients:
– 20 g Chalo Iced Chai Latte Powder (strawberry, Lemons- or blueberry flavour)
– 50 ml of hot water
– 200 ml of cold water
– 6 ice cubes
– Toppings: frozen blueberries, strawberries or a lime wedge

Preparation:
– Gently stir Chalo Chai powder into hot water until melted
– Put ice cubes in the cup and pour in cold water
– Complete your drink with the selected toppings

Healthy and tasty brownies with chai powder

A perfect recipe to share.

Your friends will be amazed by this extraordinary taste. So let’s roll up our sleeves, grab the ingredients and head to the kitchen!

Ingredients:
– 400 g of pitted dates
– 4 tbsp coconut oil
– 6 tbsp cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 70 g of pumpkin seeds
– A pinch of sea salt
– 60 g of chopped hazelnuts
– 1 TBSP Chalo Vanilla Chai Latte
– 3 TBSP Chalo Masala Chai Latte
– Flaxseed for seasoning

Preparation:
– Mix all ingredients (except hazelnuts) in a blender until smooth, then stir in the chopped hazelnuts
– Pour the mixture onto the baking paper and spread it evenly. Make it about 1.5 cm high by pressing down and shaping it with another sheet of baking paper
– Wrap the brownie in this way and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes
– Finally, cut the brownies into small pieces and sprinkle with flaxseed

Sweet tooth favourite: banana pancakes with cardamom chai powder

Do you keep thinking about how to surprise yourself on weekend mornings? After a long week you want something new and exciting, but what will it be? Bake pancakes – and we promise they taste amazing!

Ingredients:
– 3 ripe bananas
– 6 eggs
– 100 g coconut flakes
– 50 g blueberries or other berries
– 1 tbsp coconut oil (for baking)
– 1 TBSP Cardamom Chai Latte Chalo

Preparation:
– Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork
– Beat eggs and mix with prepared banana puree
– Add shredded coconut, blueberries and Chalo Chai powder and mix everything together
– Preheat the coconut oil in a pan
– Pour the prepared mixture into the pan in small portions (the pancakes should be elegant and small), and bake evenly on both sides
– You can serve them with Greek yoghurt, fruits and available seeds
